OJSC "Slutsk Lifting-and-Conveying Machines Plant"

OJSC "Slutsk Lifting –and – Conveying Machines Plant" is a modern manufacturer of load lifting equipment of any complexity. The company’s product range covers hoisting cranes, crane components and corresponding lifting-and-conveying equipment.

Company’s goal is to deliver solutions for Customer’s needs related to the load lifting and carrying. The company provides full service organization from design and manufacture of lifting equipment to delivery by own transport and assembly of cranes at the Customer’s site.

The company’s history began in 1930 when at Slutsk machine and tractor station was opened repair workshop. In prewar time the station was one of the biggest plants in the city and provided overhaul repair of tractor and automobile engines. On December 12, 1959 Slutsk engine-repairing plant was renamed to Slutsk automobile-repairing plant and began to specialize in overhaul repair of passenger cars. From 1961 Slutsk automobile-repairing plant began to produce gantry cranes with payload capacity up to 3 tons and length up to 11 meters for bringing mechanization to collective farms (kolhoz) and state farms (sovhoz).

In January 2003 the company got the name "Slutsk lifting-and-conveying machines plant". In 2006 the company was reorganized into OJSC "Slutsk lifting-and-conveying machines plant".

In 2012 OJSC "Slutsk lifting-and-conveying machines plant" was included in holding "BELAZ-HOLDING".

Today OJSC "Slutsk Lifting-Conveying Plant " is a modern, dynamically developing enterprise that holds leading position on the market of the lifting equipment of the Republic of Belarus.
