In order to upgrade the products quality, to improve effectiveness and reliability as well as to create safety conditions at our enterprise, a large-scale investment modernization program, on the basis of which more than 170 units of newest and most modern equipment is planned to be purchased and introduced into the manufacture of mining machinery by 2025.

Two abrasive belt- grinding machines became the most recent developments as part of the above investment program. The machines brought into operation in the press workshop render automatic the descaling and deburring processes during laser cutting and punching.

New equipment allowed upgrading the quality and the speed of processing of rings, grids, brackets, discs and other parts made of carbon, low-alloy and alloy steel – the material, the units and assemblies of BELAZ mining machinery are made of. The new equipment also contributes to the lowering of labor coefficient during units processing and to providing high environmental safety.

The multi-functional grinding equipment is made applying advanced technologies and has a high operational reliability. Each machine is equipped with an abrasive band and two sets of universal rollers, with the help of which blanks surface is treated (50-1350 mm wide and 0,5-80 mm thick). Edge smoothing, roughening, etc. are among other operations available.
