Large-scale career guidance forums for high school students were held in September-October on the basis of the leading technical universities of Russia.

More than 150 students from Kovdor, Yekaterinburg and Moscow took part in the forums. The students were particularly interested in the legendary history of BELAZ company, its innovative developments, as well as mining professions inextricably linked with the equipment of the Belarusian manufacturer and the mining industry. Career guidance specialists from leading Russian universities from Apatity, Yekaterinburg, Moscow, and representatives of the largest mining companies from Kuzbass and the Urals gave their explanations on the main directions of professional training for the future specialty and the skills that are needed for employment. Intellectual and educational games "Quiz.please" were held within the framework of the forums. The winning teams were awarded BELAZ branded prizes.

#ProBELAZ Career Guidance Forum is a multi-format interactive educational event for high school students that started in 2020. This unique project allows making the path of young applicant, university and worthy employer (in the future) towards each other as short as possible. The event is organized by Trading House "BELAZ" — the representative and general distributor of BELAZ equipment in the Russian Federation — and official dealers in the regions of the Russian Federation.
