BELAZ Company proceeded to testing of 180-ton dump truck of new generation in conditions of real mine of one of the mining enterprises of the Russian Federation.

BELAZ-75184 is a completely new model of classic version of 180-ton dump truck. We have carefully studied the experience of operation of dump trucks of previous generation, have collected the wishes and requests of our consumers and designed a new prototype. Among the innovations introduced in BELAZ-75184 are a lightweight cast-welded frame of increased strength, a modern electric transmission, an optimized suspension, an enlarged fuel tank, quick unloading of the body and an innovative IMS intelligent monitoring system.

The high-strength steels are used in the design of load-bearing elements and in places of greatest stress on the frame the reinforced units and aggregates that bear significant loads are applied. The improved hydraulic system allows faster body lifting and lowering, to unload the dump truck more efficiently.

BELAZ-75184 is one of the most perspective dump trucks in the most important segment of payload capacity. Therefore, we expect to fully satisfy the needs of mining enterprises. A new dump truck has a greater reliability of units and aggregates that will allow reducing the operational expenses which means making the business of mining enterprises even more efficient.
