The first lot of ten 90-220-ton trucks is being assembled on the site in Kemerovo region. Another lot of 13 trucks has been dispatched by BELAZ, and shall be shortly transported to the Rapadskaya coal company.

Upon request of Kuzbass coal companies the BELAZ heavy-load machinery has been optimized and reconstructed for operation under the severe conditions of the Raspadsky mine, the mine that enters the first five largest ones in Russia. Five 220-ton BELAZ-7530 supplied trucks after assemblage and running-in shall be involved in overburden removal works. Two 130-ton BELAZ-7513 trucks and three BELAZ-7558 90-ton trucks shall be involved in transportation of earth materials, mined rocks and coal. Besides, in the near future the second lot of BELAZ trucks is expected at Raspadsky mine, namely eight 220-ton machines, two 130-ton trucks and three 90-ton machines.

These serial models are among those most familiar among the workers of Raspadsky mine, who have vast experience in operating and servicing such high-technological and reliable trucks. The dump trucks are equipped with a number of various options and modern onboard systems: tire pressure control, automatic firefighting system, overview video system, the sensors for controlling the body loading and fuel consumption, high-voltage line approximation signaling device, conditioning and heating blocks, etc.

As explained by the coal miners, besides coking coal extracting growth, the renewal and renovation of the machinery park with a large lot of modern BELAZ dump trucks shall contribute to safety enhancement as well as improvement of working conditions at the enterprise.
