The delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by Mr. Farid Mukhametshin, the Chairman of the State Council, discussed the extension of partner relations in the field of mechanical engineering while visiting our enterprise.

BELAZ and the industrial enterprises of Tatarstan are bound by long years of close fruitful relations and mutual interests - this was especially noted during the business visit of the Parliamentary Delegation. Discussing the areas of interaction, the parties emphasized their mutual interest in developing the existing joint projects and establishing the new business ties.

Mr. Oleg Klimovich, Deputy General Director of BELAZ, and Mr. Dmitry Zablotsky, the Chairman of the Zhodino City Executive Committee, introduced the BELAZ glorious history and production premises of the plant, the assembly process and the model range of manufactured equipment to the representatives of the Tatarstan Parliament. The guests were interested in the progress of production modernization, innovative developments of our enterprise and the geography of mining equipment supplies.

The representatives of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan were very impressed by the famous world record-holder among the mining vehicles - BELAZ dump truck with payload capacity of 450 MT. “The size of the mining equipment produced by the plant and the scale of production are amazing and capture the imagination,” noted Mr. Farid Mukhametshin, the Head of the State Council of Tatarstan, after visiting the exhibition site and the assembly workshop for the ultra heavy-duty vehicles.
