Belaz welcoming doors, varied concert program, thousands of impressed visitors and guests – all these could be evidenced during the traditional the Machine Builders Day.

Sunday morning, September 24, the splendid weekend of BELAZ continued, with a ceremonial meeting in the workshop for finishing and final acceptance of the mining dump trucks. Here, the best employees of our company were presented with deserved awards, certificates of honor and gratitude from the Ministry of Industry of Belarus, National Academy of Sciences, House of Representatives of the National Assembly, Minsk Regional Executive Committee, Zhodino Executive Committee, Minsk Regional and Zhodino Councils of Deputies.

Four BELAZ specialists were rewarded with the honorary title “BELAZ Honored employee”. For the first time the awards of first and the second degrees were given to 10 people: “BELAZ record of achievement”. The 158 persons were given awards “BELAZ Labour veteran”. “Honor bage of BELAZ trade union” was given to the general director of the enterprise Sergey Nikiforovich.

The Doors Open Day at the enterprise continued with mass celebrations at different festive locations. Even the autumn rain did not affect the joyful spirits of the workers and multiple guests of Zhodino. Various artists performed on the stages located on the territory of BELAZ, food-courts and playgrounds for kids were open to the public. The visitors of BELAZ could see and walk along the workshops, became the participants of a large entertainment show and could see more than 20 life-size flagman trucks presented at the traditional exhibition of the machinery prototypes.

The fest culminated with a scale concert at the stadium “Torpedo” with the participation of the best cover-bands of our country, rap performing artist Seryoga and a renowned musical band “Discoteka Avarya”.
