The quality of the products made by OJSC “BELAZ” – Management Company of Holding “BELAZ-HOLDING” (hereinafter referred to as OJSC “BELAZ”) is in the center of the Company’s attention. BELAZ has always strived to be at the forefront of implementing the latest tools for quality.
OJSC “BELAZ” was one of the first enterprises in the Belarusian mechanical engineering industry to implement the Quality Management System, certified in the National Conformity Assessment System and the German DAKKS system for compliance with ISO 9001 in 2000.
Today, planning and achieving the required quality is a key focus of the company's policy. Moreover, increasing attention is being paid to such categories as the quality of technology, management, ecology, and other aspects of activity and operations. In line with this trend, OJSC “BELAZ” is modernizing its production using up-to-date technologies, high-performance equipment, the latest control and measuring instruments, and measuring systems.
To remain competitive, OJSC “BELAZ” arranges the Quality Management System based on the risk-oriented project-based process approach using management techniques and methods.
All this enabled OJSC “BELAZ” to successfully achieve the certification of its Quality Management System for compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 9001:2015 in 2024.
Today, the Certificate of the Quality Management System Conformity of OJSC BELAZ – Management Company of Holding “BELAZ-HOLDING” confirms the compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 9001:2015 in the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus for the design, development, production, and maintenance of mining dump trucks, special-purpose vehicles, automotive equipment, and road construction equipment.
Mining dump trucks are supplied to more than 80 countries worldwide, in this regard our products must meet the International Safety and Environmental Requirements, be highly technical, technologically advanced and competitive. This is achieved by adhering to the technical regulations of the Customs Union and International Standards.
Mining equipment manufactured by the company is subject to mandatory confirmation of compliance with the requirements of the Customs Union Technical Regulation CU TR 010/2011 "On the Safety of Machinery and Equipment," which is confirmed by Declarations of Conformity with the requirements of CU TR 010/2011.
At the request of the customers that are not the members of the Customs Union, the confirmation of conformity of BELAZ mining equipment is carried out through a voluntary certification in the National Conformity Assessment System with the issuance of a certificate of conformity.

BELAZ Airfield Equipment undergoes a voluntary GOST R conformity assessment procedure and has the certificate of conformity.
