The BELAZ branded products store became a real discovery for city residents and attracted a large number of visitors. The new project was officially launched by «BELAZ» Director Sergey Lesin and Chairman of the Zhodino City Executive Committee Alexander Tsivako.

On December 17, a meeting dedicated to the training of engineering personnel in the country was held at the Belarusian National Technical University with the participation of high-ranking officials and representatives of the largest industrial enterprises of Belarus. As part of the event, Sergey Lesin, General Director of «BELAZ» OJSC, made a report on current issues of training modern technical personnel.

BELAZ expands cooperation with leading technical universities in the joint training of specialists in the field of mechanical engineering. On December 13, 2024, OJSC «BELAZ» - management company of holding «BELAZ-HOLDING» and the Belarusian National Technical University signed an agreement and a roadmap with specific deadlines on the creation of the BELAZ Innovation Competence Center on the basis of the university.

In the mechanical assembly shop No. 1, an automated tunnel-type wash machine with software control has been put into operation.

In solving the strategic task of improving the quality of manufactured products and following global trends in the field of product quality control, BELAZ continues to invest in equipping its workshops with high-tech measuring equipment.

In an effort to develop, improve the quality of work with our customers, reducing the time of equipment manufacturing, BELAZ is constantly working to meet the needs of our consumers. Thus, on December 4, a presentation of the 130-ton BELAZ-7513T and 240-ton BELAZ-7531N with a new traction generator and AC-AC electric motors from an alternative manufacturer, as well as a control cabinet of our own design, took place at the enterprise's test site.
