Continuing the implementation of joint educational programs with leading Russian technical universities, BELAZ last week hosted a group of 58 students and teachers from the St. Petersburg Mining University of Empress Catherine II.

Today, the XI Forum of Regions of Russia and Belarus started in three cities of our country: Vitebsk, Polotsk and Novopolotsk. BELAZ also takes part in the work of the exhibition and dialogue platforms for representatives of government authorities, industry and business communities.

BELAZ maintains a high pace of implementation of a large-scale investment program for modernization of production, introducing the latest technologies and high-performance equipment in the workshops of the enterprise.

Exactly 57 years ago, on June 20, 1967, by the decision of the state certification commission, approved by order of the Minister of Automotive Industry of the Soviet Union, the BELAZ-540A dump truck and its modifications were awarded the State Quality Mark of the USSR.

Modern welding technologies and robotic technological complexes (RTC) are being introduced into the production shops of the enterprise. Thus, robotic welding of crossbars of dump truck frames in the welding shop has reached 90% of the total volume of welding of such components.

Such an agreement with Russian partners was reached by the BELAZ delegation together with the general distributor in the Russian Federation «JSC «TRADING HOUSE BELAZ» and the dealer in the B-24 region at the international exhibition of mining technologies “Coal of Russia and Mining-2024”, which is today, June 7, completes its work in Novokuznetsk.
