An automatic copper-coating line using hangers and with the complex for air and wastes purification, applied at the thermal-galvanizing workshop has become another product innovation aiming at quality upgrading, raising technological effectiveness of manufacturing process as well as at creation of safe working conditions.

The delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by Mr. Farid Mukhametshin, the Chairman of the State Council, discussed the extension of partner relations in the field of mechanical engineering while visiting our enterprise.

The current intellectual monitoring system was supplemented with two new modules which allow detailed processing of reclamation acts and analyzing causes for parts and units malfunctioning.

In order to upgrade the products quality, to improve effectiveness and reliability as well as to create safety conditions at our enterprise, a large-scale investment modernization program, on the basis of which more than 170 units of newest and most modern equipment is planned to be purchased and introduced into the manufacture of mining machinery by 2025.

Ten 130-ton BELAZ-7513D mining trucks were supplied to Magadan region for the first time, namely, to “Pavlik” company. Five of them already carry ore and the rest of them are at the point of being assembled at the site. The works are carried out even at low temperatures which go below -55 C.

Work on dust suppression in mines, especially in coal mines, is relevant all year long. Coal miners of Siberia entrust this important mission to time-tested special equipment - watering machines of the BELAZ-7647 series.
