A new model in an important segment of our company’s equipment line, the BELAZ-75184 mining dump truck with a payload capacity of 181 tons, has been transporting overburden along the technological roads of one of the largest coal mines in the Kemerovo region for almost 8 months.

During this time, according to reviews from miners, the new heavy-duty model has proven itself to work well in various weather conditions, both hot and cold. New design solutions and improvements introduced in the BELAZ-75184 dump truck confirm their effectiveness directly in operation:

– lightweight cast-welded frame of increased strength and increased service life of the main components and assemblies;

– new diesel engine with a power of 1468 kW (1996 hp);

– modern electromechanical AC transmission;

– optimized dump truck suspension;

– improved hydraulic system for quick unloading of the body;

– improved ergonomics of the operator’s cabin;

– an innovative system for intelligent monitoring of the technical condition of the dump truck (IMS).

The technical readiness coefficient of the machine is 0.97, which confirms that the equipment meets the highest requirements for operational reliability. For the period from December 2023 to the present day, the 181-ton dump truck has already worked in Kuzbass for 5,168 operating hours, the mileage was almost 57 thousand km, and the total weight of the transported rock mass was more than 1.3 million tons.
