Five BELAZ-7558P quarry dump trucks with a payload capacity of 90 tons and one BELAZ-7413D towing tractor were delivered to the Russian company Kolmar, which unites enterprises for the extraction and processing of coking coal.

A batch of new quarry equipment from Belarus has replenished the technological park of the open-pit Mining Plant of JSC «Inaglinsky Mining and Processing Plant», located in the Neryungri District of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

- The expansion of the fleet is connected with the increase in production volumes to 3 million tons of coal by 2028. 90-ton BELAZ dump trucks first drove onto the technological roads of the Inaglinsky Mining and Processing Plant. The advantage of the Belarusian machines, in addition to their high performance characteristics, is the presence of a BELAZ technical support center in Neryungri, which provides service for the equipment of its partners, - said Roman Mikheev, Director of Open-pit Mining.

The BELAZ-7558P quarry dump truck is the latest model in the class of 90-ton capacity vehicles, equipped with a highly efficient, economical diesel engine with a power of 882 kW (1200 hp) and an electromechanical AC transmission. The dump truck is characterized by a high-strength frame, an increased service life of the main units and assemblies, optimal geometric parameters of the body and an efficient unloading system.

The new BELAZ-7413D towing tractor is based on a 130-ton dump truck, but instead of a platform, it has a powerful hydraulic system with a coupling device. Such a quarry "tow truck" is indispensable if necessary for the prompt towing of 90-ton dump trucks.

At the «Inaglinsky Mining and Processing Plant» they emphasize that crews of operators for managing the new equipment at the enterprise have been formed and have begun work.

In general, taking into account the new products received, «Kolmar» enterprises now have 32 BELAZ quarry dump trucks with a lifting capacity of 30, 45 and 90 tons and one unit of special equipment.
