Four modern metalworking machines have been introduced into the production process as part of the implementation of the investment program for the modernization of the BELAZ machine fleet.

The machines were put into operation in the tool shop of the enterprise instead of manual metal-cutting equipment which was planned to be removed from the technological cycle.

The new equipment is designed for the processing and manufacture of tools and technological tooling, in particular, complex-shaped products for patterns, dimensions of machine tools and assembly and welding devices for certain machine parts, etc.

Metalworking machines are an important part of modern automation – a key condition for ensuring consistently high quality of products and the speed of production operations.

The implementation of technological re-equipment projects in the BELAZ shops of both the main and auxiliary production facilities contributes to the expansion of capacity, increases productivity and product quality, reduces labor intensity and the cost of manufacturing parts, and increases the efficiency of production processes.
