Today BELAZ was visited by a delegates from the Novosibirsk region headed by Governor Andrei Travnikov. From the Belarusian side, the delegation was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Petr Parkhomchik and the General Director of BELAZ Sergei Lesin.

The guests got acquainted with the history of the enterprise, visited the main conveyor workshop and the site with an exhibition of BELAZ mining equipment.

– We are now discussing issues of a long-term program for the development of cooperation with the Novosibirsk region. In particular, a very good program is being developed for the supply of mining dump trucks for 2025 and 2026,” said Petr Parkhomchik during the meeting. – Our friendship has been developing for decades and gives reason to say that everything will be stable, everything will be fine and there will be a new high result.

BELAZ can supply a large batch of equipment to the Novosibirsk region ahead of schedule in 2024.

– Now early supply is being carried out this year to enterprises in the Novosibirsk region of equipment, which was planned to be put into operation in 2025. “These are dump trucks with a carrying capacity of 130 tons and a large tow truck with a capacity of 220 tons,” said Stanislav Bondarenko, head of the commercial work department in the CIS market of BELAZ, during a meeting with the delegation of the Novosibirsk region. – BELAZ’s cooperation with enterprises of the Novosibirsk region is of a strategic nature - we have been shipping our equipment to this region for quite a long time. Thus, in 2023, 25 dump trucks were supplied for more than $33 million. At the same time, we purchased equipment from enterprises in the Novosibirsk region for approximately the same amount.
