The visit to BELAZ was the highlight of the stay in Belarus for the children of the workers of the coal company Kuzbassrazrezugol. Thirty schoolchildren from the Kemerovo Region of Russia visited the production sites and exhibition exposition of our enterprise on an introductory tour.
Traditionally, the excursion began with the factory museum, where the guests were introduced to the glorious history and modern achievements of BELAZ. Then the children got acquainted with the main conveyor shop, where dump trucks from 30 to 90 tons are born. Dump trucks, on which the parents of many of our guests work, drove out of its gates.
The excursionists were especially interested in our promising development – the 130-ton BELAZ-7513M on hydrogen fuel, placed on the demonstration site. The guys studied with interest the novelty, so similar to the usual dump trucks of the 7513 series, but at the same time so different from them.
The guests were most impressed by our super giant – BELAZ-75711 with a lifting capacity of 450 tons. The traditional photo in its wheel and on the deck is an integral part of every visitor’s stay on BELAZ. It is noteworthy that the dump truck of the 7571 series with chassis No. 1 successfully worked in Kuzbass, having previously distinguished itself with achievements listed in the Guinness World Records Book.
Our retro dump trucks – a 30-ton BELAZ-7540 and a 40-ton crimson BELAZ-754856 – also became great locations for taking photos. In addition, the guys were able to sit behind the wheel of a modern 90-ton BELAZ-75584, stylized in the colors and elements of the Belarusian flag and taking part in the parade in honor of the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus.

It’s just great – a wonderful excursion! – shared her impressions Alena Eitner, chief specialist of the department of social projects, labor relations, cultural and mass work and sports of the UK Kuzbassrazrezugol. – Many children’s parents work on BELAZ quarry dump trucks. And for them, the first reason to come here is to see these huge machines with their own eyes and how they are made. They were very interested, the impressions were amazing!
At the end of the exciting journey into the world of big machines, guests were given gifts with branded souvenirs from BELAZ. The children will visit a number of other iconic Belarusian tourist sites.
