BELAZ is up for everything

As part of a partnership with one of the largest regions of Russia – Khabarovsk Region – BELAZ continues to supply mining equipment of the most popular payload capacity, encouraging the development of promising mineral deposits.

Mining and processing plant, which develops the richest Malmyzh deposit in the region, known for its reserves of copper, gold and silver, has received a powerful replenishment from Belarus over the past year – 80 BELAZ-7513D mining dump trucks with payload capacity 130T, 32 units of which were shipped this year. The dump trucks transport huge volumes of cargo along the technological roads of two open-pit ore mining sites. During summer time, the Company's fleet was also replenished with new BELAZ-7413D towing truck.

At open-pit mines of Urgalskoe coal deposit, 15 heavier dump trucks of 220T BELAZ-7530G have started operating. The heaviest dump trucks in the region have already started operating. Such a highly productive upgrade of transport will help the enterprise to seriously increase the extraction of “black gold”.

8 units of BELAZ-7558P dump trucks with payload capacity of 90T were sent to the Albazinskoe gold deposit, which are engaged in transportation of ore and soil containing precious metals.

New models of BELAZ dump trucks with payload capacity of 90 to 220 tons, which have replenished the deposits of the Khabarovsk Region, are distinguished by high reliability, productivity and fully comply with the modern requirements of the mining industry. This is confirmed by their effective operation in other Russian regions with similar working conditions, including heavy production peaks and extreme climates.

Khabarovsk Region is a huge industrial territory with developed mining industry. In the depths of this Far Eastern subject of the Russian Federation, commercial production of precious and non-ferrous metals, hard and brown coal is carried out. The current fleet of BELAZ mining equipment in the region includes dump trucks with payload capacity of 30 to 220T and various special equipment.

Laser-guided welding: BELAZ enhances production automation with digital solutions

The latest Robotic Welding Complex (RWC) for welding the frames of BELAZ mining dump trucks of 220–240 tons payload capacity, equipped with laser sensors for monitoring the welds, has been put into operation. A project of this scale and technological complexity has been implemented in the company’s welding production for the first time and has no analogues in Belarus.
