BELAZ named Labour Award Winner of the Federation of Trade Unions!
One of the country’s most prestigious award was given to our company for winning the nomination “For the significant contribution to the social partnership development” with the title of 2023 award winner.
On May 1st, during the ceremony held at the Labour Festival in Victory Park in the Capital city, the honorary award was presented to Sergei Nikiforofich, General Director of BELAZ, and Valery Truskovsky, chairman of the primary trade union organization of the company.
The administration of our company together with the primary trade union organization of the plant has built an effective social partnership system between employees and employer. The collective bargaining agreement of BELAZ, securing the agreement reached, is considered one of the most successful in our country. Labor and social guarantees for every plant employee, including the creation of favourable and safe working conditions, benefits and preferences for youth, labour veterans and pensioners are a strategic tool and the most important factor for the sustainable development of BELAZ, as well as a powerful incentive for the successful work of our large team.
