BELAZ showcased the operation of robots.

The "Sitnitskoye" mine site, where BELAZ is implementing its innovative project, was visited by the delegation consisting of Mr. Alexey Belik, the Chairman of the Sakhalin Region Government, Ms. Oksana Semyonova, the Press Secretary of the Governor of the Sakhalin Region, representatives of the East Mining Company headed by Mr. Oleg Misevra, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, representatives of the general distributor of OJSC “BELAZ” in the Russian Federation — the Trading House “BELAZ” — headed by the General Director Mr. Alexey Lyamin and the official dealer of BELAZ — Mining Financial Company — headed by the General Director Mr. Alexey Potapov and others.

Intelligent Mine Site is a promising development of OJSC "BELAZ". This solution is a complex of high-precision digital technologies that allows to control the operation of unmanned mining equipment remotely, using data transmission technology over 5G communication channels. The tests are carried out using prototypes of robotic mining dump trucks BELAZ-7558R with payload capacity of 90 metric tons and front-end loader BELAZ-7825D.

Tomorrow the delegation will visit one of the most important events for OJSC "BELAZ" — the grand opening of the testing grounds for diesel-trolley vehicles and the demonstration of the diesel-trolley mining dump truck BELAZ-7530E.
