By the end of the year, 23 new mining dump trucks of series BELAZ-7513 will be involved in development of a large diamond deposit in Northern Yakutia.

Among BELAZ mining dump trucks supplied this year to the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), one pre-eminent dump truck particularly stands out - BELAZ named after Dmitry Ivanovich Syrokvash. Let us remind you that the name of the former director, who led our enterprise fr om 1979 to 1992, was assigned to the new 130-ton dump truck of model BELAZ-7513N this summer during the ceremonial release of the 5000th anniversary chassis of series BELAZ-7513 from the assembly line.

A batch of machines is being assembled in parallel at two production sites of mining and processing plants of one of the leaders in the diamond mining of Yakutia. After commissioning, the dump trucks will be operated in the mine of the Aikhal deposit to remove overburden to the dump and transport useful diamond ore to the processing plant.

In Aikhal, BELAZ dump trucks with payload capacity of 130 tons have been in operation since 2009. These reliable and highly productive mining dump trucks have long been deservedly in demand among Yakut miners, working here in two shifts of 12 hours every day, seven days a week. And this is in the harsh conditions of the Far North, wh ere the temperature sometimes drops to minus 60. In general, dump trucks of series BELAZ-7513 are a real bestseller. Today, in the global market of mining equipment, our company confidently holds a leading position in the segment with payload capacity of 130-136 tons, occupying more than 70 % of the world supply of this class dump trucks.
