On July 1-2 on the sites of the sports complex "Asilak" and the stadium "Torpedo" an international sports festival dedicated to the Year of Peace and Creation, as well as the 75th anniversary of BELAZ and the trade union organization of the company was held.

In friendly tournaments in such popular sports as volleyball and mini-football the BELAZ team had excellent competition with teams of Minsk Tractor Works, Severstal from Cherepovets and Mikhailovsky Varichev Mining and Processing Plant from Zheleznogorsk.

As a result of two days of games in the mini-football tournament, BELAZ players won, Cherepovets finished second and the Miners finished third. In the volleyball competition, the capital tractor builders took the lead, followed by BELAZ and Severstal volleyball players on the podium.

At the closing ceremony of the sports festival, all participants received awards and gifts.

BELAZ's partner friends also had a visit to our company, visiting the main attractions of the industrial tourism route - the plant's museum exposition, the production of extra-heavy machines and the demonstration site of the samples of mining equipment. Here, of course, the guests were particularly impressed by the champion piece and the power of our Guinness Book of World Records 450-ton dump truck, filling their personal pages on social networks with vivid photos.
