The top managers of enterprises and trade union committees of the oil, gas and energy industries of Uzbekistan discussed at BELAZ the role of the collective employment agreement, guarantees and benefits for employees, as well as the system of social partnership.

The guests got acquainted with the factory museum and production facilities, as well as with the work of social and cultural objects — BELAZ Culture Palace, the sports and recreation center "Asilak", the sports and entertainment center and the "Torpedo" stadium.

Among Belarusian enterprises BELAZ has one of the strongest collective employment agreements with a wide package of benefits and guarantees for employees. We had a lot to share and to discuss with our colleagues. BELAZ would be glad to continue cooperation and exchange of experience with representatives of enterprises of Uzbekistan.
