Five new BELAZ-7513 series dump trucks with a lifting capacity of 136 tons have been put into operation in the transport fleet of the Aikhal Mining and Processing Plant, which mines diamonds in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

At Aikhal, our equipment of the 130-136 ton "weight category" has been in operation for 15 years, transporting rock mass 24/7. In the conditions of the Far North, even at the lowest temperatures outside, mining dump trucks of this top class are reliable and productive, therefore they are deservedly in demand among miners.

– Belarusian-made equipment is widely represented in Yakutia. The BELAZ fleet forms the basis of dump truck equipment for the diamond, coal and gold mining industries, – noted the head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Aisen Nikolaev during his recent visit to our enterprise. He emphasized that Yakutia, as one of the most dynamically developing regions of the Russian Federation, is interested in increasing the volume of BELAZ dump truck deliveries for sustainable growth of mineral extraction.

Modern models of the BELAZ-7513 series, characterized by high maneuverability, ease of control, simplicity of operation and maintenance, allow achieving efficiency and uninterrupted transportation of rock mass in open-pit diamond mining.

It is noteworthy that it is in the quarry of the Aikhal Mining and Processing Plant that one of our iconic anniversary dump trucks, named in honor of the former directors of the enterprise, operates - this is the BELAZ named after Dmitry Syrokvash, which entered the plant's history as the five thousandth dump truck of this flagship series.
