BELAZ is sending a batch of eight mining dump trucks with a payload capacity from 30 to 55 tons to OJSC “Dolomit”, the only enterprise in the Republic of Belarus and the largest in Europe for the extraction and processing of dolomite raw materials.

Two 45-ton BELAZ-7547 trucks have already been delivered by rail to the Rubovskoye deposit in the Vitebsk region. Soon they will be joined by six more dump trucks at “Dolomit”. Once assembled, the new equipment will hit the roads of the “Gralevo” mine, which has been in operation since the early 1970s and reaches a depth of 45 meters.

BELAZ dump trucks transport mined dolomite rock fr om the mine to the processing facilities, wh ere it is crushed and sieved into various fractions through giant screens. Dolomite is a mineral widely used in agriculture as a soil deoxidizer to improve soil fertility, as well as in the construction, chemical, and metallurgical industries.

BELAZ dump trucks have long been an integral part of the production process of the Belarusian mining enterprise, earning a solid reputation for reliability and high-performance equipment.

After 32 years of driving, the equipment feels like home, says “Dolomit” employee Konstantin Marinich:

– "I've been driving BELAZ dump trucks since I was 20. The vehicles are excellent, they never let me down off-road, even at the current work pace: I make 14 travels per shift, transporting up to 600 tons. We maintain the set pace to ensure the smooth operation of the processing plants.
