BELAZ production equipment has been supplemented with new high-tech inventory: during the investment project implementation for modernization of the machinery equipment, two new NC- gear tooth grinding machines have been put into operation.

The new equipment of the hydraulic transmissions workshop lets to upgrade the automation level of gears manufacture used for the hydro-mechanical transmissions of mining trucks through the method of continuous grinding.

The new CNC “smart” equipment allows to significantly diminish the time for grinding operations and to increase productivity.

Among the key advantages of these modern machines with the threaded grinding wheel is high versatility, which means that both straight and helical teeth- cylindrical gearwheels of various sizes can be manufactured here.

With the advanced technology of the direct drive and high-accuracy synchronous control, the equipment CNC control system secures synchronicity on all the controlled axles, which gives the possibility to achieve high effectiveness, stability and high quality of processing.
