11 dump trucks of the latest BELAZ-7513T model with a payload capacity of up to 136 tonnes will soon join the transport fleet of Olkon, one of the leading iron ore mining companies in Russia.

Five vehicles have already been shipped to the Murmansk region, and another six will be delivered to the customer in March-April.

The new machinery coming from Belarus by rail has already started to be assembled at the technological transport section of Olenegorsk Mining and Processing Plant and at the site of Komsomolsky open pit mine.

After installation, the BELAZ dump trucks will be run-in with systems testing under working load and will be put into operation, adding to the large fleet of BELAZ vehicles already operating in JSC Olkon.

BELAZ-7513T are powerful modernised dump trucks with improved traction and dynamic characteristics, which represent the top class of machines of the BELAZ-7513 series - the owner of the State Quality Mark, and are designed to transport rock mass from the open pit to the mining and processing plant.

The dump trucks are equipped with a new traction generator and modern alternating-current electric motors, as well as a control cabinet for the electromechanical transmission of BELAZ's own production.

The Belarusian giants, which meet high safety and reliability requirements, have a special northern configuration for reliable operation even at the lowest temperatures.
