Two automatic longitudinal turning lathes with numerical control are the latest innovations introduced into the production process as part of the investment program for upgrading the company’s machine fleet.

Automatic lathes put into operation in the automatic workshop have high technological capabilities and contribute to a significant improvement in the quality of products. Progressive cutting patterns are used here for machining rotating bodies with a diameter of up to 32 mm and a maximum turning length of up to 200 mm.

New automatic machines with program controls, serviced by one operator, made it possible to immediately remove 10 outdated models of single-spindle lathes from the production cycle, thereby reducing the number of employees involved and freeing up additional production space in the workshop.

High-performance machines allow you to perform the operations of turning, milling, including at an angle to the axis of the part, threading and drilling. The possibility of such complex processing eliminates the need to design, manufacture and subsequent storage of equipment for universal equipment, and therefore reduces the time and costs of production preparation. The concentration of operations when processing parts also helps to reduce labor intensity, energy consumption and, as a result, reduce the cost of products.

Today, new equipment is used to produce oversized parts for pneumatic hydraulic systems and hardware products for the entire line of mining dump trucks. During the year it is planned to expand the product range up to 30 items.
