BELAZ continues to integrate innovative equipment into its production, modernizing its workshops and improving engineering processes to implement the company's strategy to improve the quality, reliability, and competitiveness of its manufactured equipment.

During the technical re-equipment of CNC machines workshop, a new line of high-technology equipment was installed into the modernized section for mechanical processing of body parts and parts of rotating bodies of mining dump trucks with payload capacity of 90 tons up to 360 tons.

Implementation of multifunctional high-precision centers will take the processing of parts to a fundamentally new level and provide production with the necessary flexibility, allowing to development new types of products quickly and quickly adapt to Customer needs.

The line includes 10 new horizontal machining centers with program control: two of them have already been put into operation, and another eight are in the commissioning and control program development stage.

The new machines of the workshop perform a full range of metalworking operations for one operating cycle of the blank, including milling, boring, threading, and drilling of suspension parts, steering, and body components for mining dump trucks. The principal accent is on machining quality. Thanks to optimal cutting modes and the disposal of modern cutting tools, the equipment ensures consistent precision in manufacturing parts, directly contributing to the reliability and durability of BELAZ equipment.

Integrated processing technologies of parts for one operating cycle reduce labor intensity and increase component manufacturing efficiency. Working conditions and the overall culture of production have improved at the site.
