On September 12, an international exhibition of the latest technologies in the field of mining and processing of minerals opened in the largest city of the United Republic of Tanzania – Dar es Salaam, in which BELAZ is participating.

The stand of our enterprise was visited by the government delegation of Tanzania, including representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, representatives of the accredited diplomatic corps. VIP guests were presented with high-tech products of BELAZ, as well as the most significant innovative developments for the mining industry.

At MINEXPO AFRICA, our delegation will have a number of business meetings and negotiations with representatives of African companies interested in new technology, equipment, services and modern transport solutions in the field of mining and extraction of mineral resources.

Such events are an excellent platform to present its capabilities in the African market, which is strategic for BELAZ. The mining industry of Tanzania is one of the most rapidly developing sectors of the country's economy today. Suffice it to say that Tanzania ranks 4th in gold production in Africa after South Africa, Ghana and Mali, plus, according to experts, there is great potential for exploration and development of minerals, especially diamonds, nickel and coal.
