In the course of extensive modernisation of production facilities, our company continues to introduce modern energy-saving technologies and equipment.

Another technological novelty is an innovative energy-saving technology for heating measured workpieces: bolts, screws, pins and other parts of mining machine assemblies.

Five energy-efficient Belarusian-made induction heating units working in close pair with presses were commissioned in the machine shop. The new units heat steel workpieces in a matter of seconds. The workpiece, which is red-hot to increase its plasticity, is immediately sent to the press, where it is easily shaped and dimensioned. The products manufactured by this process are many times more accurate than those manufactured by rolling.

The new induction heaters have a high heating efficiency of at least 95 %, thus increasing the work efficiency and reducing the power consumption by 3-4 times compared to the old lamp-type high-frequency current units.
