MZOR has joined the ranks of BELAZ-HOLDING enterprises
By order of Ministry of Industry of Republic of Belarus dated October 13, 2022 No. 357 "On increasing the authorized capital and amending the Charter of OJSC "BELAZ" - Management Company of Holding "BELAZ-HOLDING" and on changing the composition of participants of holding made a decision to include OJSC “MZOR” as a subsidiary of the holding. After conducting corporate procedures the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus agreed to include OJSC “MZOR” into the holding from December 1, 2022.
OJSC “MZOR” (Minsk Enterprise named after October revolution), founded in 1907-1908, is the only enterprise in Belarus, that produces multifunctional metal-cutting machines and machining center with program control of various levels of automation for processing the large-sized parts up to 5000 mm and 30000 mm long. The equipment of OJSC “MZOR” enterprise is successfully operating at the largest enterprises of different industries in the Republic of Belarus and other countries.
