Fourteen 90-ton BELAZ-7558P mining trucks and one BELAZ-7413D towing truck have been supplied to Vedug gold ore deposit in Krasnoyarsk region.

Upon start-up and testing completion the Belarusian machinery is to be engaged into the production process. In the region of Northern-Enisey gold belt one of the leading Russian precious metals miners is developing the rich golden ore mine in Vedug and constructing a processing plant.

– Along with the processing plant construction, the working processes in the mine are gaining momentum, – said Mr. Eugene Pushnoy, Director of Krasnoyarsk affiliated branch of gold mining company. – As much as 2,5 million cub. meters volume of excavated mass has been reached during the past year; in 2025 we shall make it 9 million. Our enterprise is being enlarged through new machinery, including the 14 BELAZ trucks which are gradually being commissioned this spring.

Vedug mineworkers say that the gold-containing ore there is quite peculiar: they call it hard-bitten because of the complicity of its processing and enrichment. So to transport such materials “with a temper” they need the machinery to match. And the powerful and brutal 90-ton BELAZ-7558P mining trucks are indeed the machines of the kind. They are reliable and efficient, maneuverable and productive, easy-to-operate and simple to service.

BELAZ-7413D towing truck, that has also enlarged the machinery park of gold ore miners, was assembled on the basis of 130-ton mining truck chassis, equipped with a powerful hydraulic system and a hitch mechanism. Such mining evacuator, if necessary, is used for operative towing of mining machinery.
