Technological independence, enhanced cooperation with Russian partners, delivery of equipment – these and other themes were the focus of the BELAZ delegation on the second day of international exhibition INNOPROM-2023.

General director of our company, Sergey Nikiforovich, became one of the speakers of business forum “Russia – Republic of Belarusmaking a report “Union BELAZ-75304 – a new step on the way to technological independence”.


- Our technologically independent new product, 220-tons BELAZ-75304, has a couple of advantages that qualitatively distinguishes it in the mining industry. Dump truck is already have been working on the coal mine in Kuzbass. We are confident about our vehicle, in its ability to show itself in the best way, confirming the leading positions of BELAZ on the market of mining equipment. Its emergence both in spite of and thanks to sanctions pressure is the best proof of the correctness of the course chosen by the Union State, - said Sergey Nikiforovich.

According to the results of the business meetings on Tuesday, in Ekaterinburg a

number of strategically important documents were signed. Particularly, the agreement between BELAZ and JSC “Russian export center” on cooperation and mutual understanding. REC Group is ready to equip all necessary instruments and resourses for support of the partnership on each step of foreign trade operations.

- Thanks to the assistance of REC, BELAZ will strengthen its production and export potential, will attract new suppliers from Russia, which will contribute to the expansion of industrial cooperation and the solution of import substitution tasks," said BELAZ General Director Sergei Nikiforovich.

On the second day of INNOPROM, an agreement was signed with Uralasbest PJSC on intentions to supply BELAZ machinery. In addition, representatives of our company agreed to develop scientific and technical cooperation with the Ural State Mining University to train specialists for the mining industry.
