On May 22, a delegation of the Chechen Republic visited BELAZ within the framework of its visit to Belarus. The delegation included officials from the mayors' offices of two cities - Grozny and Argun, as well as representatives of business and press.

During the visit, the guests expressed interest in BELAZ aircraft tugs for the new aerodrome complex, which is currently under construction in the Republic. They also discussed priority areas of cooperation and topics related to potential production cooperation and product deliveries.

ВAccompanied by Vasily Shostak, Deputy General Director for Marketing and Export Policy of BELAZ, the guests visited the factory museum, watched the assembly of BELAZ dump trucks in the workshops of the enterprise and got acquainted with the samples of serially produced mining equipment and innovative developments of our company.

At the end of the meeting, the representatives of the Chechen Republic thanked the management of our enterprise for a warm welcome, noting the high level of BELAZ production technology and the time-tested quality of the manufactured products.

In February 2025, the governments of the Republic of Belarus and the Chechen Republic signed the cooperation agreement for 2025-2027, including the development of industrial potential. The current visit to BELAZ gives grounds to believe that the roadmap of the Belarusian-Chechen partnership will be enriched with new mutually beneficial projects.
