Results of BELAZ’s work in the core business platforms

On April international exhibitions in Uzbekistan, Russia and Zimbabwe our company efficient complex decisions for mining industry.

Exhibition “INNOPROM. Central Asia” in Uzbekistan (Tashkent, 24-26 April) became the promising platform for expansion of the partnership with mining companies from Uzbekistan, Russia, and other countries. In total, about 300 companies from 30 countries took part in the biggest industry exhibition on CIS territory.

Many delegations and high-ranking guests visited the exhibition over three days, including Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus in Uzbekistan Leonid Marinich, Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Zhamshid Khodjaev, and Deputy Prime Minister and Russian Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov.

At Mining World Russia 2023 (Moscow, 25-27 April) – the 27^th international exhibition of vehicles and equipment for mining, processing and transport of minerals, specialists of BELAZ presented to the customers of the exhibition a wide model line of mining equipment and also ready-made complex decisions for mining industry. During a rich business program the participants of the exhibition exchanged their views about the situation on the market, shared the experience, discussed the actual questions of the industry and the prospects of development of business relations.

On the biggest in South Africa, core exhibition Zimbabwe Intenational Trade Fair in Zimbabwe (Bulawayo, 26-30 April) BELAZ presented its unique products and promising areas of the global trends for using the alternative energy resources in mining equipment: mining equipment on batteries, gas and hybrid mining dump trucks – demonstrating great potential for cooperation and promotion of manufactured machinery in the African market.

The President of Zimbabwe Emmerson Mnangagwa together with the First Lady, the King Eswatini Mswati III, Vice President of Zimbabwe Konstantino Chiwenga and Chargé d'affaires ad interim of Belarus in Zimbabwe Dmitry Skakun visited the exhibition stand of BELAZ. BELAZ delegation presented gifts and soubvenirs to the honorable guests. Representatives of the government delegations and business communities showed the interest in the products of our company. As a result of the exhibition, agreements were reached to develop cooperation and strengthen business ties.

Today Zimbabwe is actively developing mining, has significant reserves of hard coal, diamonds, gold, lithium, copper and is one of the promising areas for exporting BELAZ machinery.
