"These systems are our main assistant in operational control," emphasizes Yaroslav Komeko, Deputy Technical Director and Chief Processing Engineer at BELAZ. "They allow us to instantly monitor the execution of process operations, equipment loading, and access necessary documentation and the electronic components of the machines. This not only improves the quality of our products but also enables us to make reasonable management decisions, allowing us to continuously improve."

Special attention is paid to monitoring the equipment stock. By integrating over 500 units of equipment into a single digital system, BELAZ is now able to analyze the operation of each machine in real time, promptly identifying and eliminating potential failures. At the same time, an intelligent repair and maintenance control system is being developed, tightly integrated with the monitoring system. This symbiosis has become a powerful tool for optimizing costs and improving overall production reliability.

Equally important is the process parameter analysis system. By collecting data from sensors, it not only records the indicators but also identifies the slightest deviations, preventing potential defects.

But the real future lies in artificial intelligence. The company is actively testing specialized software based on machine learning and neural network technologies. These advanced solutions are designed not only to accurately describe complex business processes but also to analyze and create documentation for various purposes, process huge amounts of data, and extract the necessary information from it as quickly as possible.
