The fleets of leading mining enterprises in Kemerovo and Sverdlovsk regions of the Russian Federation are being replenished with the latest models of BELAZ mining dump trucks with extra-large payload capacity from 130 up to 240 tons.

The coal mines of Kuzbassrazrezugol company received 220-ton BELAZ-7530G and 240-ton BELAZ-7531. Among the key advantages of new equipment are economical fuel consumption, increased efficiency and increased service life of the main components. The upgraded electric drive of dump trucks allows you to confidently cope with high loads, and the modern control system adjust engine operation to the specific mining and geological conditions of the mine.

– Over the 60 years of cooperation between our enterprises, Belarusian equipment has become an integral part of production. The fleet replenishment with modern dump trucks with payload capacity of 220 and 240 tons is a continuation of our long-term modernization program, which is aimed at increasing the reliability, efficiency and performance of open-pit mining operations,” notes Roman Smirnov, director of production at Kuzbassrazrezugol Management Company.

Large-scale renewal of the mining equipment fleet is underway in the south of the Kemerovo region, where a batch of 15 BELAZ-7513D mining dump trucks with payload capacity of 130 tons has been sent. This flagship model is the recognized standard for reliability and performance in its class. Nine vehicles have already entered technological routes for transporting overburden and mining coal. Another six units of equipment are at the assembly stage.

The personnel have already managed to appreciate the advantages of new BELAZ dump trucks. For comfortable work conditions of the operators in severe Siberian frosts, the cabin is equipped with a modern climate system that combines air conditioning, heating devices and an air filtration unit, as well as highly effective thermal and noise insulation. The workplace fully complies with international safety standards ROPS and FOPS.

Let us note that BELAZ-7513D is precisely the machine that was one of the first to receive the prestigious status of “Product of the Union State”. The level of technological independence of the dump truck exceeds 50% thanks to close production cooperation between Belarusian and Russian enterprises.

The geography of BELAZ current supplies to Russia includes not only Kuzbass, but also other mining regions. A batch of eight 130-ton dump trucks of two modifications such as BELAZ-7513T and BELAZ-7513D was shipped to the Sverdlovsk region.

BELAZ-7513T are modernized dump trucks with improved traction and dynamic characteristics and increased service life of the main components. The dump trucks are equipped with a new traction generator and modern AC electric motors, as well as an electromechanical transmission control cabinet of our own production.

The long-term mutually beneficial partnership between BELAZ and Russian mining companies confirms: Belarusian mining equipment is a reliable basis for steady work of miners and achieving high production rates.
