Over the past twelve months 22 units of BELAZ-7558R dump trucks with a 90-ton capacity have been shipped to the Russian coal mining company Kolmar. In the extreme natural and climatic conditions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Belarusian equipment has proven itself from the best side, receiving positive feedback from the company's employees.

The Zimbabwe International Trade Fair for mining equipment has started in Africa today. BELAZ, a global manufacturer of mining equipment, is traditionally represented as part of the large Belarusian exposition.

14-15 April was the day BELAZ CHALLENGE championship celebrated its first jubilee in the most vivid and enthralling way. 10 teams from Russia, Uzbekistan and Belarus battled for the title of the winner in intellectual contests of the V International championship for settling mechanical engineering cases among students of the leading technical universities of CIS countries.

Luchegorsk coal mine (LUR), which is called the coal heart of Primorsky Krai, by the end of June plans to enlarge its mining equipment fleet with five BELAZ trucks with payload capacity 220T. New dump trucks will join 36 trucks with a payload capacity of 130-220T purchased by Primorye enterprise over the past two years.

Fine quality and high processing speed, full automation and improved efficiency, parts manufacture costs reduction – all this became possible due to two program-controlled processing centers put into operation in the workshop of hydraulic transmissions.

On April 3, BELAZ produced the 5,555th 7513 series mining dump truck which will be supplied to the Novosibirsk Region and will participate in mining of the Gorlovsky coal basin where the largest anthracite deposits in the Russian Federation are located.
